What is Luna Bronze's return policy?
Because all Luna Bronze products are made to order, all returns are reviewed for approval on a case-by-case basis. Each return must be coordinated through the dealer where the product was purchased. Returned product may be subject to a restocking fee.
What are the lead times for your products?
All items are built to order within a specific manufacturing schedule. Depending on the schedule you are in, the time from receipt of deposit to shipment generally takes 4 – 6 weeks. Custom products can take longer.
Where can I find a product price?
Retail product prices are available through your dealer.
What if I have my own ideas for a light?

Do you install products?
We do NOT install products. Luna Bronze is a manufacturer and leaves the installation to building contractors and electricians.
How can I get a Luna Bronze catalog?
You may order a catalog directly from the Catalog Request section of our website or call us at (435) 657-2945, or visit a Luna Bronze authorized dealer.
Does Luna Bronze ship to international locations?
Yes, Luna Bronze ships to international locations, and we will be opening a new international office located in England. Please call your local dealer for additional freight costs that may apply.
How can I get option samples to see if the light will match my decor?
Please visit your local dealer to obtain samples.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, quantity and destination of product.
How will my material ship?
Material weighing greater than 100 lbs will ship via our Partner Shipping Company. Material/materials weighing less than 125 lbs will ship via UPS.
How will my material be delivered?
LTL (Less than a truck load) deliveries are curbside delivery unless a lift gate truck and/or pallet jack are requested. UPS deliveries will be delivered via standard package delivery.
